When visiting this location I have to say the team here is great. The only reason for my three out of five stars is for the employee named Steve. He lacks customer service skills. He will yell at the customers and advise them he cannot sell and baked goods once it hits 5pm. Advising the customer that they are accounted for and going into the garbage. They always close early doesn’t matter what day
Adora was terrific
Didn’t have what I initially paid for as they do not update their kiosks so I opted for an iced Capp and discovered something chunky in it after a few sips. Not sure if it’s mold or just build up from the machine but either way….
The service at this cafe is amazing. Especially Kevin. A wonderful human!!
