The donut was rock hard and completely inedible and my drink was barely over halfway full when I received it. On top of that, the staff appeared uninterested in doing their job.
I’m currently a patient at Parkwood. Some family came to visit me on Sunday. We went downstairs for a snack at about 1:20p. There was NO ONE behind us. So we stood back to view the baked goods. The gentleman behind the counter, and I use that term loosely, didn’t greet us but just barked out “what do you want”? Since I knew my order I told him mine and said “ it’s all in the same bill “.
