Put a chocolate dip in the bag without wrapping it in wax paper so chocolate would have stayed on. Then all management says us sorry?? Poor training is what this equates to. If it's not getting orders wrong, or being slow, it's this. Train your people better.
I had the worst donut I ever ate from here today. It was a chocolate dip. It tasted like old couch foam & melted chocolate sauce. Tim's is over priced & over rated. Boo
