Went through the drive through, and when receiving our drinks and food I asked for a cup of water for my daughter. Staff member said it would be $0.20. I was surprised, but when I asked “oh, isn’t it $0.10 for the cup?” She shut the window in my face and turned away. If the price for the cup has gone up, that’s fine, but being hostile and rude over a question of price change is unnecessary and unprofessional.
