I normally use Mobile Order because I’m on a tight schedule and expect to be able to pick up my order quickly and continue on my way. Unfortunately, when I arrived at this location, the restaurant was extremely busy and mobile orders appeared to be treated the same as walk-in orders. I still had to wait in line and ended up losing the time-saving benefit that Mobile Order is supposed to provide.
