Had an unfortunate experience today on my way to work. I arrived at 5:00AM; and the store was “open” but not necessarily ready to serve. Only had coffee (or machine ready beverages) for service. No breakfast or baked goods available. Really would have appreciated having any sort of baked goods or breakfast options ready for early arrivals.
Experience was so awesome especially the service which has been given by Mr.Arnav I liked it that gives me more interest to come in Tim hortons
The staff were friendly. A special mention to Arnav. He was very polite, attentive, and provided excellent customer service.
Swetha was a great lady and is always helpful everytime i visit there.
