December 26 around 11:30–11:35 PM, very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. I ordered a steeped tea (triple triple) at the drive-through and waited at the order screen for over 5 minutes with no response. When I finally received the tea, it was terrible, it didn’t taste right at all. I went through the drive-through again to get it replaced, and once again no one responded. The attitude was extremely bad and unprofessional. This location seriously needs to improve customer service, response time, and drink quality.... read more
