The staff here are hardworking, and the majority of them provide excellent service. However, the company that oversees this location and with every other Tim Hortons would be stated otherwise. They have ruined the name what was once a great establishment. The franchise has been downgraded to serving old, fly infested food made from low quality ingredients (even by fast food standards), with portions that seem to shrink over time.
