Worst possible store ever. Staff tries to be sarcastic for no reason. They don't get any coffee right most of the times regardless what time of the day you go. I hope they shut this location or replace the staff with some actual trained people.
This feedback is especially for Arnish kaur, who was working at tiny Tim’s location in Brampton Civic near emergency entrance, she greeted my family very generously with great attitude, explained very well about some questions we had for food menu, she deserves a raise and round of applause.
This restaurant is located in the cafeteria of Brampton Civic Hospital and is almost always crazy busy!!! Somehow the staff manage to get everyone taken care eventually through the craziness. Lunchtime appears to be the worst - however on multiple occasions I have personally witnessed one individual display great leadership and take control of the flow of sandwiches and food to clear up lines of hungry people! I want to request tim hortons to serve clean food.I saw flies on the food on counter. Its specially in a hospital.Strict actions are required.Everyone should wear gloves and serving non veg with same is not acceptable.I dont know about that but its high time to serve food with care.Thankyou.
