Waste service taking too long to take order.
The worst Tim Hortons I have ever been too. Staff are poorly trained and despite having 2 cash registers, they typically only use 1 at a time. A 10 minute lineup they easily make into 40 minutes. They make an already busy campus Tims worse than it could be.
Ordered three coffees, waited 5 mins and no coffees at the pick up counter but several people who ordered after received their drinks. Asked counter person, they said “we thought the receipt was an error”, so made coffees, but two were luke warm not hot. Also asked cashier how to mobile order, she had no clue as the app doesn’t show an address for Queens. Searched online and one Reddit post says you need to use the meal plan app. Terrible service and product, but only coffee available cheaper than Starbucks!
