Just to let you know- they don’t have the machine to let you use the Tim’s app, so you can’t use the reward points or any offer. It’s more like a university restaurant than a regular Tim’s. Usually long lineups during the fall/winter semester. Better in the summer but always check hours before going.
Average for a Tims. Nice location. A bit slow - and we were not there at a busy time. But beware - they DON'T accept the Tims app at this location! (They do accept credit card payment, so some reviews are out of date)
After waiting in line for 40 minutes, and then placing my order, I was then informed by rude staff members that the app is not accepted at this location. When asked why not, I was told that they are not a real Tim Horton's even though they are a division of the TDL group and offer the same menu as Tim Horton's. How on earth is there not a separate line for just coffee and donut orders? Making someone wait 40 mins in a horrendous line just for a 1.8$ double double is outrageous. Better to just walk to McDonald's and get the dbl dbl. Will be back in less than 40 mins.
