This is my second time buying from this Tim Hortons, and unfortunately I’ve had another bad experience. There is an older lady working at the cashier (I don’t know her name), and she was very rude. Today, my order was made incorrectly, and when I pointed it out, her response was, “What the F word? I don’t know!” I was honestly surprised by that reaction. I’ve been getting the same drink for years. They handed me my drink and it didn’t look right. I confirmed “this is cold brew?” They say yes. I take a sip of it, it’s wrong. I tell them it’s wrong. Politely. They respond with “I know because I made it. It’s cold brew. But I can remake it.” Customer is right just doesn’t apply here! I then hear them behind the window talking about me while they remake it. Went back because my order was wrong and wanted a refund, showed the manager in my bank the transaction and still got basically called I liar
