I hate going to this location...dont even bother going threw rhe drive threw with the arrogant bobsie twins that refuse to turn there mic off and just gossip whille you wait for these 2 girls to take your order. I thought it was a mistake but they laughed and said it was too much effort to press the button. Not only that majority of the younger staff cannot properly make a sandwich, so juat go inside. This is my second time buying from this Tim Hortons, and unfortunately I’ve had another bad experience. There is an older lady working at the cashier (I don’t know her name), and she was very rude. Today, my order was made incorrectly, and when I pointed it out, her response was, “What the F word? I don’t know!” I was honestly surprised by that reaction. I’ve been getting the same drink for years. They handed me my drink and it didn’t look right. I confirmed “this is cold brew?” They say yes. I take a sip of it, it’s wrong. I tell them it’s wrong. Politely. They respond with “I know because I made it. It’s cold brew. But I can remake it.” Customer is right just doesn’t apply here! I then hear them behind the window talking about me while they remake it.
