This Tim Hortons has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Specifically one of the workers named Lori has continuously made me and many others not want to come back to this location. When I ordered three items, she rolled her eyes and sarcastically said “ya sure you don’t want nothing else?”. Extremely rude. Another time I ordered an iced capp and was given hot chocolate. I’m very disappointed that this is the only Tim hortans that’s easily accessible at St lawrence as i’ve found that even though the food is okay, the customer service is horrible. There is a woman that seems to always be working at the cash named Lori, and I have never had a good experience with her. Today I tried to order a medium ice capp with candy cane syrup, that’s it, pretty simple, but after waiting I was given a candy cane hot chocolate. Horrible service, regardless of time of day or amount of customers. Specifically the cashier, Laurie, is horrible consistently. Numerous times my order has been messed up, and when I correct or double check, I am met with a “no you didn’t ask for that” but yet I was still charged for what I did ask for. (talking about asking for almond or oat milk instead of regular dairy, which I cannot have). Laurie is often working cash and often denies mistakes; always extremely rude.
