Ordered on the App for pick-up, Item wasn't available (never is when you order on the app) Employee then got angry with me because i didn't want anything else and requested a refund, she returned and asked me how i wanted to pay and when i told her i already had she got angry with me AGAIN. why are your employees so rude to customers when there's TONS of people out there that will do the job with gratitude. i will never return to tim hortons because of this location. Even the management is horrible.
