I recently visited tim hortons 87 kennedy rd brampton and had a disappointing experience with my wrap . it was so cold nd grilled, poor packing. i do not know why always do this never gonna visit there again . please change your staff they both were so rude. The staff didn't get my order right, and when I mentioned it, I was met with rudeness. The lack of attention to detail and poor customer service really took away from my experience. i was there today in the afternoon for my vanilla ice cap. and i ordered it on the drive thru the girl was working there , named Simran had so much rude behaviour, lack of greeting customers . I asked her for customize my coffee she didn’t even she made the ice cap extra sweet. Overall my experience there was so ridiculous🤮

Ordered a medium coffee with 1 sugar and a shot of espresso at around 7:28 am (in case management wants to check into this) I waited for my order, seen the person behind me get his coffees first. I asked the lady what happened to my order, and she realized that she gave it (as a med double double) to another person. She then told me that the other person has it, expecting me to go chase this person down for my coffee. I couldn't believe it, garbage service.
