Never had a bad news experience, staff is always super nice and my food and drinks are delicious every time
Went in and ordered a steep tea double double, and it was watery. Went back in and asked nicely because I’ve worked in fast food myself and understand mistakes can be made and the lady takes my cup, pours the tea out and rinses and reuses that same cup. Is that not disgusting? Why are you rinsing the cup? I then called her out and her coworker said something in their language and then she uses a new cup to remake my tea. What is this? Poor service and I’m just honestly upset.
Visit on Nov 13, around 10:30 AM I placed a mobile order for an egg and cheese sandwich on my birthday, hoping for a quick and smooth pickup. I selected “order now,” but ended up waiting about 15 minutes before checking at the counter. I was told my order was still “getting ready,” and even after that, I had to wait another 10 minutes. It was disappointing to deal with such a long delay, especially on a day I hoped would start off a little nicer.
