Very disappointed with my experience at Tim Hortons today. We visited at 5 AM, when the store wasn’t even busy, so there was no rush at all. I ordered a butter croissant and was shocked to see how poorly it was prepared. The croissant was dry and hollow, with just a few cold pieces of butter thrown inside — no effort to even spread or melt it properly. Deepak has no service skills at all . I got vanilla ice coffee which doesn’t tastes the same . I asked them to make it again and deepak was accusing me to mention extra base and cream while ordering which I didn’t want to put still he gave me that 🤷♀️. Dont argue just do your job properly.
