So it says 24 hours but I was there pulling at the door, freezing at 4am, and the staff ignored me. The place was empty and clean , but likely because they aren't accepting customers.

Disgusting! The drive thru lady had just finished handing the person’s order to them in front of me, never moved out of the drive thru spot (I could see them) & once I pulled up, she began making my drink, didn’t wash her hands & touched my tea bag directly & put it in my cup & then tried handing it to me. I asked her if she could make me a new tea either with her washing her hands before touching the tea bag, have someone else wash their hands washed who’s preparing the food already to make it or just don’t told the tea bag... read more
