Very disappointing customer service experience. The staff seemed to have no idea how to communicate properly with customers and were not welcoming or helpful at all. Customer service should be about being polite, respectful, and willing to assist, but unfortunately, that was completely missing during my visit.
Very disappointing experience. The manager was rude and handled the situation poorly. I’ve been visiting this location for over a week, and the service is consistently slow. You often have to ask for an update then they start prepare the order. Today, they didn’t have the item I ordered and instead of offering a refund or replacement, the manager told me to walk to another Tim Hortons and “figure it out.” Even when an employee suggested a replacement, the manager refused.
