I really wish I could give 0 star . I had a very disappointing experience. I requested an employee to replace or change my coffee, but I was told that they could not do so and that I would have to keep the item exactly as ordered. I found the service unhelpful and frustrating, and it left me dissatisfied with my overall experience.
