Been coming here from months and the service is up yo the point. Harman is very polite and calm Plus point is not much waiting
I went in today for breakfast before my dentist appointment. The line this morning was long, so I used the kiosk. All I ordered was a toasted marshmallow cold drink and the double stuffed farmers wrap. Ten minutes later my drink was made. I drank my drink, my food still wasn't ready. After an additional TEN more minutes my food was made. Friendliness
I visited Tim at nearby 4:30. The service given by pay counter girl and healthy women was so bad they literally treat us ugly. I know I have asked for spoon, knife and even ketchup but there is no need of scrolling eyes. I had worked as a supervisor at tim Hortons and given customer services but never ever given such face expressions to any of the customer till end of my shift.
