Very disappointing experience today. I ordered an iced coffee using a survey code (which I’ve used at other Tim Hortons locations, including with flavor options like mocha). The staff member was rude and dismissive, saying only regular iced coffee is allowed. That’s fine if it’s policy but the way it was handled was unprofessional. What made it worse was a comment made in Punjabi: “Tusi Punjabi o, tuhanu koi vi eda coffee mil gyi honi.” This felt inappropriate and discriminatory, as it brought my background into the conversa... read more
Their service is quick service and my order was ready within few seconds. My order was correct and my coffee was hot enough.
