I went to Tim Hortons today at approximately 6:10 p.m. I witnessed a man wearing a white shirt exiting a yellow Honda and behaving aggressively toward a Tim Hortons employee. He was being verbally aggressive and confrontational, and the interaction made the situation uncomfortable for the people around him. I believe this incident should be reviewed, and I hope appropriate steps are taken to ensure the safety of the employees and customers.
