The service at the drive-thru was very disappointing. The employee taking our order had difficulty hearing us, and we had to repeat our order several times before it was finally entered correctly. We specifically ordered a sesame bagel with butter and herb & garlic cream cheese. However, when we received our order, we got a the bagel with nothing on it, despite being charged for the herb & garlic cream cheese as well. This experience was both frustrating and disappointing.
