Placed an online order this morning for a Xl coffee and paid online as well. Showed up to the store and they said they didn’t get my order and refused to serve me after showing them the 2.52 with time and date coming out of my bank account. Still wasn’t good enough and still wouldn’t serve me. And then they were ignoring me while I was trying to explain. Will not be returning to the martindale location. Should be ashamed on how you treat your customers.
Great Tim Hortons, friendly staff and exceptional service.
We were just there and the lady at the counter started our order then walked away while we were telling her what we wanted. Then about 5 minutes later she said to another employee "oh Its 3 I have to leave finish this order" which is unacceptable. I'm sorry but I used to work at Tim's if I walked away from a customer mid order even if it was the end of my shift I'd get written up.
