Very disappointed with the staff’s behavior. I went to order an Oreo Ice Capp, but it wasn’t available. So I ordered a Vanilla one instead. The staff member was extremely rude and looked like she didn’t even want to make it. She even spilled the coffee but didn’t bother to clean the cup or say sorry. Such careless and unfriendly behavior, especially in the morning, really spoiled my day.
This place is a scam. I ordered an iced latte and paid for a large, but the guy gave me a medium iced coffee without even asking. When I questioned it, he just said, “We don’t have latte, so I made this.” Seriously? Then why charge me for something you don’t have? On top of that, you give a smaller size and think that’s okay? Completely unprofessional and dishonest. Never coming back.
I went on Saturday around 12-1 PM and I ordered 6 coffees plus 3 cold drinks and I forgot who took my order, but it was all guys and especially these two tall guys made my order and It was one of the best experiences I've had in a very long time usually I come during workday's and I have the worst experience ever no one will take my order theres 3 ladys just running around and screaming for absolutely no reason and FULLY ignoring me but on Saturday I will come back this week and personally ask for these two young boys name a... read more
