Always Fresh. Always polight and kind and prompt on service with a smile. Treating people's like family, with respect.
Staff are nice for the most part, but they seem to always mess up my order. Ex. I just ordered a simply sausage because I have an egg intolerance, what did I get? Egg and cheese on an English muffin.
The ladies are great, friendly, great sense of humour and always accurate orders. Always met with a smile at the window!
I recently visited the Tim Hortons drive-thru and had a consistently disappointing experience. The staff at this location speak in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner, showing no basic courtesy to customers. Every visit feels the same: no politeness, no customer service standards, and a careless attitude. On top of that, the coffee is never consistent.
