Service at the drive through was fast and efficient. I ordered the new crispy chicken sandwich and the bottom bun was rock hard, loonie size lettuce was wilted, tomato was mushy. It was disgusting and bun so hard I couldn't eat it. Called in to talk to manager, but she (if it even was the manager?) seemed at a loss for words. Won't be returning.
I order a original cold brew they made iced coffee even after asking two times, I believe people working there need better training.
I went through the drive thru because I was heading on a road trip. I Ordered 2 flatbread pizzas neither of them were cut at all, My coffee was also made wrong- but they didn’t write on the lid so I didn’t notice either of these issues until it was far too late too turn around
The service was awful. I had walked into the coffee shop. There were 3 people ahead of me and I waited for over 10 minutes to get a coffee. The drive thru customers got quick service. I counted 15 drive thru customer get their order before I even got up to the counter to place my order. Obviously walk-in customers are not worth getting serviced in a timely manner.
