I saw a review saying Navdeep was rude, but that hasn’t been my experience at all. I’ve actually driven from another part of the city because her service is always so friendly and professional. She’s polite, respectful, and always greets customers with a smile. She handles busy times really well, stays calm under pressure, and makes sure orders are right. Honestly, she’s one of the best supervisors there—very hardworking and dedicated. It doesn’t seem fair to spread false information about her.
Just went to drive through for coffee, crew member named NAVDEEP was very rude to us, she used bad language for us and asking to watch our language for her. Very rude behavior to customer by staff.
This was hands down the best Tim Hortons experience I’ve had in Canada. I was visiting from Toronto, and I left with such a full heart. The team here is truly exceptional, so warm, friendly, and welcoming. A special shoutout to the manager, Gauri, who went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and happy.
