The coffee is fresh and consistent every time — you can’t go wrong with a classic Double Double! I also love their donuts and Timbits — always soft and tasty. I had a disappointing experience at this location. The staff was rude and unwelcoming — no greetings, no "hello" or "hi." Instead, the employee spoke to me in a harsh tone, almost as if she was yelling. It felt very uncomfortable and disrespectful. Customer service is a key part of any visit, and unfortunately, this interaction really fell short. I hope management addresses this issue so future customers are treated with more courtesy.
