Sunday at 9:50 may 3rd there is a young voice maybe Caucasian very rude and non inviting.. she sounds as if she is annoyed that we are ordering. I had a very disappointing experience at Tim Hortons (South Sheridan location). The manager, KP, was extremely rude and unwelcoming. She ignored me when I was trying to place my order, and even after I followed up, she still did not assist me. When I asked another crew member for her name, I noticed that she was also behaving rudely toward her own staff. Despite standing free and not being busy, she made no effort to take my order.
