I visited this Tim Hortons location today (sept 27th between 10:11–10:20 AM) and left feeling quite frustrated and disappointed. I ordered two iced coffees — one medium and one large. The medium had a reasonable amount of ice, but the large was mostly ice with barely any coffee ( as shown in the photo, there was more ice earlier). Really disappointing experience . First the drive Thu staff wasn’t responding. After waiting for few minutes I went to the window and wanted to place the order . The cashier heard me wrong when I said I waited few minutes to place the order and no one was responding. She asked the girl taking drive thru order that I was waiting for 15 mins instead of few minutes . The girl who was taking the drive through order was so rude and told me to go back in line . Teach your employees manners. "What you want" isnt how you talk to people. And when you tell them "what you want" they get it wrong...and not wrong as in oh it was close...ordered a buttered bagel (everything) and got a cream cheese on plain, coffee was supposed to be a dd but unmarked cap, no sugar, one milk. Thanks to this location im officially boycotting Tim Hortons.
