I have noticed many times that the cashier uses his fingers to pick up sweets for customers and then handles cash with his hands at this location. Today, I came again and ordered a carrot muffin. The cashier, who was wearing gloves to pick up the muffins, then accepted cash from me while still wearing the same gloves. This raises a serious hygiene concern. The quality, service, and overall dining environment have been deteriorating dramatically.
My coffees are only made right 65% of the time but it’s close and convenient and I like some of the employees so I guess all I can’t do is write this 😂
Staff could use an all hands on deck meeting with corporate. Not sure who’s running this place but consistency with the brand is a must.
Team is well trained and customer service skills are excellent
