I’ve never seen a coffee takes 15 minutes to get ready , one of the workers asked me to wait outside 5 minutes, yet 15 minutes the order didn’t come out , I live nearby , I would drive 100 km away rather ordering from this branch.
me and my friend came into this stores drive through at 8:19 and ordered two drinks a chai latte and an iced coffee with a splash of cream the drinks we received well they speak for themself they are simply cups of milk and cream, which is not okay as it’s not what we ordered it was two girls working and one of them giggled as she gave us the food? we can’t afford to be buying cups of milk when we wanted a cup of coffee
I'm a regular at this Tim Hortons, but the quality is inconsistent. Today's experience was particularly frustrating. The female employee, Arshdeep, didn't seem to be listening. She ignored what I was saying and didn't respond when I asked her to ensure my tea was made well. I even asked twice! It turned out terrible again. The service here really needs improvement.
