I visited this tim hortons today morning i was in rush for work but when i reached the window my order was ready and girls were very welcoming i had a good experience.

I order an ice coffee no sugar, I feel that is simple enough. I get my coffee, sugar is in it. Fine people make mistakes, I tell her hey sorry there's sugar in this can I get one without, takes it, brings it back same thing sugar in it. Ask again, I get it back for the third time and it taste like dirty water with some coffee sprinkled in it. No sugar this time though, threw it out. This time hortons has done this constantly to me.
