Love hearing the the welcome message at the order box.. The lady is so cheerfull and Bubbly. It Perks up my Mornings! You can hear the smile coming out of the message!! Should be used universally at all tims locations.
The store lady closes the counter and the drive thru well before 11 pm which is the closing time. Its the 3rd time it has happened with me. Came in around the same time like between 10.30 and 10.40 pm for a cofee and the lady at the counter says "sorry no coffee, I closed everything early as it wasn't busy". I've asked her each time, isn't the closing time at 11pm and she says yes, but I closed early sorry.
