I came in Thursday afternoon and had to wait 10 minutes just for a cup of coffee. The staff were polite, but the store seemed very short-staffed. 2 person running whole store not enough,Management needs to step up—don’t be cheap and schedule more people so customers aren’t left waiting this long.
I bought 4 coffees yesterday and when I got to work I dropped!completely my fault I went back and want to buy 4 more clerk at the window was the same person and asked why I came back in matter of minutes and buying the exact same thing (4 coffees) I explained I dipped them I didn’t know she went to her manager and brought her , she asked me about it and I told her it was my fault and nothing to do with her store service,she decided to give them to me at no charge In these days which you don’t see much of good service it was ... read more
