This usually has been my go-to for Tim Horton's but it seems in the last 6 months service, and quality has gone way downhill. I miss my friendly drive-thru lady Anne, not sure if she moved on, but she was a great asset. 2 recommendations, please teach your staff that a double double is 2 cream 2 sugar, I more often than not get just cream, and please for the love of all things please FIX all the potholes in your parking lot! Amazing staff , fresh food and drinks .
Cool new building, but more potholes in one parking lot than all of Hamilton combined. Double check tires after drive thru. UPDATE: Tires officially ruined because of parking lot pot holes. Friendly staff but the parking lot is so bad I’ll have to go to a different location.
