This location is atrocious. Orders piling up, customers have ordered ahead using the app and still waiting. There’s no leadership for pushing out orders. Everyone doing their own thing, no communication. There’s no rush in completing orders. Customers get part of their order and have to ask for the rest. Food and beverages piling up everywhere. Hospital staff just want their coffee to relax and unwind and Tim Hortons has failed them.
Very rude service. I felt like I was begging them. I am drinking tea, which I didn’t order. When I requested her to correct it, she was still arrogant and defended her mistake. I ignored it and didn’t say anything more—I knew it was useless. Very lazy. I have been to 36 countries; I found Canada to be the most polite and kind country. Unmotivated staff - maybe overwhelmed. Lacking any form of personality or spark. Total monopoly of weekend food so I guess they don’t have to ?
