September 26, 2025- served old cold chicken soup and not even filled all of the way. hard stale bun. when i asked for it to be warmed up by the blonde worker, she declined. wasted money and time. despite it being 930 pm it was dirty and loud in there area with nurses yelling back and forth across the empty cafeteria (why wouldn't you just finish the conversation at the table?) it felt like a deserted high school in there. 2 timbits were also stale. considering they are the only thing open all night in the hospital you would ... read more
I'm daily twice ordering Most of the employees should be trained to deal well with customers.. The best girl i deal with in the morning I guess Fataha, She is wonderful, always smiling,full of energy& vitality. But most of other unfortunately 😕 not. Special today morning request to toast good the sandwich because the cheese cold. The answer with rude no I can't . Really so weird.
The team at the Oakville Hospital Tim Hortons does a great job under immense pressure. I just spent six months at the hospital with a family member and it was my pleasure to get to know the employees. Anoma and Fatiha are super! A big thanks to everyone there for keeping me filled up and always saying ‘hi’ and remembering my orders. Try the Bacon Everything pizza, delicious. I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location at hospital. The supervisor, ANOMA, was not handling her responsibilities professionally. Instead of managing the staff and ensuring smooth service, she was telling customers to wait unnecessarily while not addressing the issues causing the delay. There was no sense of urgency, and it felt like customer service was not a priority at all. As a regular customer, I expect better service and accountability from management.
