They are so friendly
While visiting a family member I was at Tim Hortons. I couldn’t help but overhear how the manager; I think her names Anoma, was talking to her employees. She was very rude and disrespectful with how she spoke to them about certain things especially when in front of customers. I then saw her take all the employees to the back to talk to them about something while ignoring the line that forming during this.
