Ordered a tea and it was good, however, after I finished drinking it, I went to the bathroom. The bathroom was absolutely atrocious. There was urine all over the seats and it smelt disgusting. I told the staff members who proceeded to do nothing about it. Tim’s bathrooms are usually very clean and so it was disappointing with how unclean the bathrooms were considering the beautiful location.
Normally I wouldn’t write a review for any fast food restaurant, as I understand the business (being someone who worked in the fast food industry myself) but my husband and I came to the drive thru to place an order. The individual taking our order, named Neil (we got his name from the manager), was very rude to us. We looked at the menu on the Tim Hortons app, and asked for that item.
