Gagan was an amazing server to me.
I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich at the self checkout and only realized afterward that it came with bacon, which I don’t eat. Gagan handled the situation professionally and kindly refunded the purchase by putting the amount onto a gift card, then helped me get a replacement without bacon. I really appreciated her excellent customer service. Thank you so much.
