Can't figure how lineup works...... Serves people that show up after you.... PATHETIC!!!! I'm usually more forgiving but her excuse was they jumped the line, which clearly wasn't the case. I'm done with tim Hortons, I've given enough chances to enough locations. Over 30 years going to Tim's, but the decline in standards and opportunities for our teens has done it for me. Absolutely amazing experience
I had an extremely frustrating experience at Tim Hortons. The employee (“Jynp”thats what I was able to read on his name tag) who served me was outright rude and came across as arrogant for no reason. The tone, attitude, and lack of basic respect were completely unacceptable. Customer service doesn’t mean acting like customers are an inconvenience.
