Its very unfortunate im writing this review considering this was the best tim hortons in the area for awhile— as of recent quality & care for items has been extremely lacking especially when comparing how amazing the quality was at this location. Ive came through on 4 separate occasions ordering an ice cap and bagel Every time the bagel comes out slightly burnt just enough to make it unenjoyable & the ice cap consistency is just not great. Coffee is not very hot here! Staff not very quick to come to front counter. Not very friendly either
