I recently had an unfortunate encounter with one of your supervisors. “ Tilak “ which left me very disappointed. While in the drive-through, I placed an order exactly as stated in a promotion I had scanned through the app. Despite ordering the correct items, Tilak was unable to redeem the offer. I usually order a half lemonade, half sparkling water drink at several Tim Hortons locations without any issues. However, this store said they couldn’t make it because they didn’t know how to enter it in the system. I’ve never had this problem anywhere else and it was really disappointing to be turned away. Hopefully they can train their staff better for consistency.
I visited here yesterday and saw food flies sitting on donuts, timbits after that i asked cashier about this issue she was said yeah i know , tries to flew them away with hand. Didn’t not said anything to their supervisor or manager such a casual and unprofessional behaviour for a serious concern. This is about the safety. Just writing this so that is issue will be addressed soon.
