We ordered 1 french vanilla and one plain bagel toasted with butter and lettuce and fourcheese bagel with butter only, around 4:25pm, first the brown girls working there do not know any thing about customer service, girl who taking order on drive-thru was laughing and taking order in ver rude tone, when we approached the window, window girl did not treat us saying hello or hi, and after paying we got wrong topping on plain bagel. Very disappointing experience tho, especially because this has happened more than once. They have gotten my coffee order wrong multiple times, and as someone who is lactose free, this is not a small mistake for me. I’ve ordered my drink with non dairy milk, only to take a few sips and realize they used regular milk, which leaves my stomach upset for hours…. I went here this morning. I waited in line forever. They had zero cars in the Drive-Thru about 15 staff working and nobody serving the lineup at the counter. If you want to be late for work, come here
