yesterday at 5:00 PM I used my ice capp offer on the app and asked for a medium mocha iced capp which I've had over a million times at Tim Horton's, and the people there gave me a regular ice capp with whip cream and no chocolate sauce. I politely asked them if they could make it again as that was an ice capp and the people there were rude and wouldn't listen and kept telling me it was a mocha ice capp when it wasn't, and all they did was take it to the back and add chocolate sauce which was supposed to originally be there. ... read more
The staff needs training,(regarding basic manners of communication too) also NO ICE doesn’t mean you guys need to cut the amount of coffee from the cup, so stupid. I would better go to Starbucks.
