Very bad management
Very poor service
Very disappointed with the service at Tim Hortons. The staff seemed uninterested in helping customers, and the wait time was much longer than expected. My order was handled carelessly, and there was little effort to acknowledge or correct the issue. Good customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately this location fell well below expectations. I hope management takes steps to improve staff training and customer experience
