Genuinely the slowest, least stocked location in town
One of the worst Tim Hortons locations I’ve ever visited. Sunny, the supervisor, was extremely rude and showed zero respect to loyal customers. There was no effort to help or resolve issues, and it felt like they didn’t care at all. Really disappointing experience—I won’t be coming back. They really need to get better leaders on their team how can a team be good if the leaders don’t know what they’re doing?
If I could give a zero i would. I had placed a mobile order before entering the store, upon entering i noticed there was a line. I waited for the girl doing cashier named Sabrina to finish dealing with the line before saying anything. More people had come in and lined up before she finished dealing with the people that were in before me.
