I had to use the bathroom and then were not busy there was almost no one there, took them almost 10 minutes to help me cause the washroom says to see someone at the counter for access and when I asked the man working the counter said "okay? Go." AND ut was in a very rude way.
There are 2 lanes in the drive thru and both speakers ask for the order from both lanes at the same time. The car beside me was served so it was my turn and placed my order and drove up. Once I got to the window the lady gave me shit because apparently I was supposed to let the next guy cut in front of me. It’s common sense when there are 2 lanes you serve 1 lane at a time not the same lane multiple times in a row
The order took way too long to be ready in the morning, and the staff’s attitude and way of speaking were not very pleasant.
Waited a double drive thru. 2 people served before me on the other side. Order was then wrong. They were also out of sandwiches. No apologises, nothing. Asked me to line up again which I refused.
Did okay today.
