Great service and friendly staff
The person who takes orders at the drive-thru uses rude tone on a daily basis! The drive-thru is by the highway and usually I would have to repeat my order a few times before they can hear it, which is fine, its understandable. But thats no reason to have an attitude!! If they hear something wrong, and u politely tell them at the window, u can hear them talking to each other that we are at the window for too long! This place is so annoying, everytime I go here, they’re out of stuff. Mind you, ITS NOT EVEN 4PM. Usually the donuts and stuff are out which makes sense but today, i ordered 2 farmers wrap, one sausage and one bacon, both with extra sauce. When I got to the window, they told me they only have one egg, and ask if i would like an extra sausage and bacon on it. I thought they would be smart enough to seperate the two meats. This location is and absolute disgrace to all Tim hortons. On several occasions I have ordered through the drive thru and only after I have paid they let me know that they are out of the item. They change my order to whatever they want with no regard in mind. If I order an item and they don’t have the main ingredient I would not like it without it because I am paying for the full price of the item. I think it’s horrible that they don’t let you know before paying because if they did I would have ordered something different.
