Very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons today. I went in to order a crispy chicken sandwich. During the transaction, the power suddenly went out, and about two minutes later it came back on. After the system came back, I scanned my Tim Hortons app again because the screen did not show that my points had been recorded. I just came through the drive thru I ordered two cravables and 1 black coffee when I came through window they handed me two black coffees I told them I only ordered 1 and they mischarged me I kindly asked them to add another cravable but they said I have to go line up at the drive thru again it literally takes a minute to make another sandwich but they were power tripping and held up the line for another 15 minutes because I talked to the supervisor no manage on site and they didn’t have name tags and wouldn’t provide their ... read more
