Edit: It seems they have fixed it and the staff now know how to redeem points though you still need to use the app at least it doesn't take as long now changing from 3 to 5 stars It's good however the staff don't know how the reward system work please fix this issue
This is honestly my favorite Tim's in Saskatoon and I go their way too frequently.
I had a hot chocolate, and it was really delicious. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place!
