Very disappointing experience at this store today. I came in as a regular guest to the drive thru to try the new Harry Potter drinks, and while I was still deciding what I wanted, the order taker had already rung in three drinks when I only intended to order two. Since I’m a regular customer, I initially said okay and simply asked if the sparkling option could be changed to the extra drink. Very nice location. Alot larger than most Tim Hortons I've been too in different Canadian cities. Staff were polite & considerate. I will be back to that location!
