What would normally be a good experience because I love Tim's was turned into a bad experience by one employee who should not work there. Got my order totally wrong and was quite rude. Shoved my order at me out the drive thru window with no thank you. I will go to a different location for the foreseeable future.
Customer service was really impressive! Specially Ms. Kiran was extremely helping and co operative!
I visited today at this location. I moved here from Brampton. Rashan gave me the top notch customer service and she recommended me to try brown sugar iced latte and that is fabulous: now that drink gonna be my go to drink. Thank you Rashan!
