I went thru the drive thru this morning and ordered 2 double toasted bagels with butter, and 2 extra large teas. I drove to meet my friend and we found out that the bagels hardly went thru the toaster. I went back on my way home and went in with the one bagel. I dealt with the manager JESSSICA. This tim hortons did not provide me a receipt when I ordered, then she was basically suprised that the bagel was like that, as it NEVER happens there. Very disappointing experience. I came here in the past around 3:55 a.m. and was told that breakfast starts at 4:00 a.m. Today, I came after 4:00 a.m., and I was told that breakfast doesn’t start until after 5:00 a.m. The timing seems inconsistent, and customers shouldn’t have to keep guessing when breakfast actually starts. Please have consistent and clearly posted breakfast hours.
Worst tims ever, they never have espresso shot always "sorry espresso is cleaning"
