The service is lousy, rude, I asked for ice cap and they gave it to me in bad condition, the milk was rotten.
This morning I asked for a double toasted bagel and then I received my 4 dollar plain bagel and it’s not double toasted so I asked for a new one actually double toasted and then the cook inside calls me up with my next bagel and says here’s your triple toasted bagel and absolutely burnt. I tell her I asked for it to be double toasted and then she starts yelling at me. I just wanted to receive what I ordered. The staff at this Tim Horton's are exceptional! Whenever I visit the drive-thru, I'm served quickly and efficiently. The staff on the speaker today was so lovely and truly created a great start to my day. Keep doing what you're doing!
