Ordered a cold brew with cold foam and there was CHUNKS in it, later I found out that the milk was EXPIRED. Not to mention service was horrible. Never coming here again.
Takes so long & the staff shows no urgency. Always people working in the back and they don’t ask for help until after guest has been waiting for 10 minutes. Just waited over 10 min for 1 sandwich. Do better.
Good customer service, everyone were working diligently as a good team should. Just can improve a bit more at labeling the lids as they make multiple orders to avoid confusion.
