Worst customer service ever
I have only ever used the drive through service at this location and let’s just say the staff is very amicable and polite, the food is always served fresh and the service is fast. Highly recommend this location!
The best customer service
If I could give a zero i would. Avoid this place at all cost. I have been to this Tim Hortons a few times. Day 1 My tea wasn't stirred and all the cream and sugar at the bottom of the cup. DAY 2 asked to make sure my tea is stired over the mic, and when I pulled up to the widow i asked did you stir it and she assured me she did, to my surprise still not done. Day 3 asked them to stir my tea she said it was stirred and I told her the day before you said you did and it wasn't. She was like it's stirred and I pull away wasn't s... read more
The service was fast, the farmers wrap was well made and so was the medium dark roast.
