Ordered a tea and a muffin and got charged for 2 teas and was rushed out of the drive through without them doing anything about it. Not coming back to this location.
My sister and I came here all the time, until she chewed on something super hard thinking it was a piece of ice and she almost choked on something that was in her iced coffee, it seemed to be a piece of jewelery or a gem that fell off of a piece of jewelery. My sister complained several times to the manager and nobody did anything about it, until a Tim Hortons lawyer called and still didnt do anything about it. Workers too busy talking and playing to actually get the orders right. I normally dont care but when over $5 worth of my food is missing and now i have to wait for managers to “investigate” before i actually receive WHAT I PAID FOR ! absurd
