Friendly and quick
Came in during a weekday morning and the manager was putting out a tray of smile cookies. She looked at me while I was waiting for my coffee and asked if she could give one to my son, who was standing behind me. He is only 7 and she didn't know that we were on the way to the hospital for him instead of going to school that day. I honestly don’t even know where to start with how disappointing my experience was. I went in expecting something quick and simple (a basic sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich) and somehow it still ended up being completely messed up. First of all, the sandwich was cold.The cheese wasn’t melted, the egg felt rubbery, and the sausage was barely warm. Walk-in closes at 9pm for some reason. Absolutely insane because the manager said they lock the doors at 11pm every night. Went at 9:20 and front doors were locked.
