One of the managers there i think her name started with and s she has blonde hair and white . I come in almost everyday and she always has been rude she never smiles and very immature. I suggest u get a better manager she has messed up my order as well and said it was my fault and never changed it she is down right rude . Please get her help.
I feel like this review is imperative. I visited this location at roughly 7:10pm tonight & I am so grateful I did! My boyfriend & I haven’t visited Tims in a while & were quickly learning lots of things we used to order have been discontinued and whatnot. Whilst we were in a pickle on what to order, the Drivethru order employee did not hesitate to recommend other options & explain them in great detail to help us out. I want to thank the Manager for talking with me this morning on her diligence and passion for her store . We spent 10 minutes on the phone and she was delightful . It was a positive interaction and we will still support the store .
