This location definitely needs more staff. I feel sorry for the ladies working here. Rarely do the have menu items, and when they try to do a refund, it doesn't work. This just really sucks, because it's a very useful location.

They have a hard time understanding your order,very dirty
Had a horrible experience on August 16th at 9am. Ordered a medium iced Capp and waited 10 min for them to tell me they don’t have any iced Capp left. Then they asked if I wanted anything else so I asked for an iced coffee with extra cane sugar. They proceed to make me a small which is $2 cheaper than the iced Capp. Then waited another 5 minutes for them to make it and I walk out get into my car and idk what they put into my cup but it wasn’t an iced coffee. Super disappointed.
