Waited 10 minutes, missing items, coffee wasn't filled and the restaurant was filthy. Not impressed and won't be back.
the fact that they can’t make the farmers wraps is frustrating. they throw them together, you get done 80% of your wrap eating just egg and hashbrown. your sausage is all the way at the bottom, so you’re left with sausage and tortilla. and there’s never any sauce, but if you ask for extra, they charge you, but don’t even put the minimum amount. it’s extremely disappointing and discouraging. not to mention, the lack of customer service. there’s no “hi” “good morning”. it’s just straight to the price and here’s your food, see ... read more
Lately, I’ve found going through the drive-thru to be quite discouraging. There often isn’t a simple greeting, the total price isn’t communicated, and there seems to be very little acknowledgement or interaction with customers. I understand that employees can be busy, but basic customer service—saying hello, communicating the total, and making eye contact or acknowledging the customer—can make a big difference.
