Yesterday i went to Tims and got a crispy chicken wrap. I found that the wrap was extremely chewy and rubbery. In addition, it was also a greyish colour. This was extreme inconvenience to me as i had places to be. I would deeply appreciate a refund or rewards to make up for the inconvenience that was caused. Two indian girls at the counter are very rude they don't know how to talk to customer specially in this branch I use to visit twice a day but no more staff behaviour is very rude specially the ladies
