Very poor service by staff member Arshdeep Kaur. She didn’t punch my order on time and said the screen wasn’t working, but it was working later. I ordered a jalapeño bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese, but received it with no cream cheese. Very disappointing experience. Also, the steep tea was served cold.
My go-to location closest to my house and also one of the busiest. Hats off to the team for always maintaining their efficiency and level of service.
If I could have given zero Stars I would have they have the worst customer service here they really don't care about your time or your money they just want to get their numbers up it seems I have been coming here regularly before work this week alone three out of the five orders I have put through have been incorrect and then challenged when you call and complain if you really want to just throw your money in the garbage you might as well support this place because their employees have zero regard for the training or the car... read more
