I’m a regular at this Tim Hortons location, but they’ve gotten my order wrong multiple times. Previously, mistakes were acknowledged when reported right away. Most recently, a scrambled egg box was missing from my breakfast order. I couldn’t return the same day, but when I went back the next day, both the manager and owner refused to help or even try to verify using my receipt or loyalty account. I would like to appreciate the efforts of staff working in there specially Dimple, she always serve the customers politely and friendly. I like the way she keeps her smile while taking and delivering orders, really make worth it going there for the regular coffee and lunch.
