My family and I come to this location every single day and are usually pretty satisfied. This morning however, the four of us picked up 2 mobile orders for some breakfast sandwiches and coffees. When we approached the window to disclose that we were picking up our orders, the worker at the window made it very clear that he was annoyed at the contents of both orders by saying “wow, that’s a lot”, and then proceeded to read back everything that we ordered. Well i got wrong coffee today morning from drive thru but anmol replaced it i wasn’t having google sign in but his hospitality convinced me to sign in account for him to put this service Great store who have these kind of employees I ll try to come again and again Beautiful experience
I always have a good experience at Tim Hortons located in fletchers meadow.
Great service by Anmol. Was pleasant to deal with. He helped with my special food order. However, when I got home I realized they did not make my wrap as I had asked. I asked for hashbrown, but there was not one in my wrap. It is disappointing.
