slowest service i have ever experienced,
Encountered an issue with my order overnight, apparently Tims corporate can’t help with app orders and the overnight staff did not have the necessary ability to resolve. I called the afternoon shift lead the next day and she went above and beyond to make sure my problem was resolved. I did have to return to the store (she asked when I could come so she could inform the shift lead on duty), but they were able to fix the problem! Very bad service the staff let me wait for 22 minutes for order and after that again ignored me
