This is beyond ridiculous to see tims services degrading day by day. Zerooooooo customer service. Employees are unaware of the Roll Up to Win prizes. MONDAY AROUND 8 am all the 2 ladies present at the thrive thru were so so rude and unprofessional. We repeated our order literally 10 times but it seemed they didn’t understand English. On drive thru girls has attitude never answers hello hye and food quality very bad specially coffee taste like old no sugar and also cold i always order 3 3 but its like only half sugar and not mixed i really dont like this location am done with this this location on my work way thats why before am going everday and waiting may be tomorrow they change but its only hoping no changes
I Went to this Tim hortons few times and they never ever tried to stir my steeped tea after adding sugar and the tea is always cold. Asked the girl at the Drive thru that why s their tea is always cold and she recommended me that I should take double-2 instead 3-3 like i never tried a steeped tea before. Asked her for a stir stick and she gave me a paper straw (happened 2-3 times🤦🏻♂️) I RECOMEND THERE IS ANOTHER TIM HORTONS ACROSS THE INTERSECTION IN PETRO GAS STATION PEOPLE SHOULD GO THERE. 👎
