The male that works there is incredibly rude and disrespectful to the metro employees, and I have found bits of plastic and metal in my coffee when I am served by him. Something needs to be done, this is unacceptable.
I always enjoy visiting Tim Hortons because the staff are friendly and provide quick service, the coffee and food are consistently fresh and delicious, and the clean, welcoming atmosphere makes it a perfect place to relax or grab something on the go.
