Hi, I stopped by to grab some coffee and garlic bread. When I went to the counter, the male employee called over a female staff member. I mentioned the garlic bread was overbaked, but instead of responding professionally, she reacted with a rude attitude. I asked for her name, but she wasn’t wearing a name tag and refused to provide it. Two other employees were present, but they didn’t share it either.
