The morning shift always comes clutch. Im super grateful for the morning shift staff as they always serve with a warm greeting along with a smile on their face. The service is efficient and rarely any mistakes. The only mistakes I've received was during the late evening times which I don't understand because there aren't much people and for some reason the waiting time is a lot longer. Second time I have been to this location and not been able to get a flatbread pizza so I had to settle for something else. Staff is friendly though.
Manager name - GITESH PATEL I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. I simply requested a hash brown to be added inside a wrap — something that was done for me without any issue just a couple of days ago. However, this time the manager responded in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner. Instead of politely explaining, they spoke aggressively from a distance and didn’t even bother to come forward and communicate properly. The tone and attitude were completely unnecessary for such a simple request.
This review is especially for Store’s Manger Simran. Her tone was extremely rude and lacking in manners, making it clear she wasn't equipped to handle the demands of managing a busy cafe. It's concerning that someone with the title of 'Manager' would behave in such an unprofessional manner, especially when customers are just trying to grab a quick coffee. If this is the best representation of leadership, it's no wonder the service suffers.
